Livingston Youth Appreciation Week Family Festival

ShopRite of Livingston was a sponsor of the Food Day Tent at the annual Livingston Youth Appreciation Week Family Festival. Focusing on healthy nutrition, local vendors such as Crispy Green and Kevita joined our store dietitian and the ShopRite team to give out healthy samples and interact with the community. The tent also housed a handful of stations, including hydration and build your own trail mix. We combined nutritional information with fun to connect with and promote healthy living to our local families!

Last year, Village Food Rescue donated over 1,100,000 Pounds of food to local food pantries

ShopRite of Livingston is proud to participate in the Village Food Rescue Program. This program salvages food from our store that is safe for consumption but is ineligible for retail sale. Last year, we were able to donate over 1,100,000 pounds of food to local food pantries to help address their critical needs for fresh and healthy foods.
