What is gratitude week?
November 15th – 21st is a week dedicated to celebrating your hard work, the compassion you’ve shown for one other, and dedication to the communities that we serve.
The holiday season is a perfect time for our Village family to reflect and show our appreciation for all of your accomplishments during the year, and the Sumas Family wishes to shine a light on the work you do every day to help your fellow team members and help families live better. We have so much planned for you! Every Associate will receive a holiday card from the Sumas Family that includes a $20 coupon. In addition, we’ll be having raffles during Gratitude Week, and another raffle in December!
We’ve also invited our guests to tell us how much they appreciate you, and we’ll be sure to compile the comments and share them with you. Your hard work doesn’t go unnoticed; our communities respect and admire you!
And last but not least, we’re signing up volunteers for the Village Volunteer Corp — our next Food Bank activity takes place on 12/14 so see your Store Manager if you’re interested in joining us to make a difference.
