Using light weights with high repetitions, get a complete workout in just 30 minutes.
This technique does not involve any bouncing or jumping; instead, focusing on small, targeted movements— often with light weights, at the barre or on a mat. It’s a balanced body workout that promises to be challenging, yet good, for people of all abilities and levels.
A whole body workout incorporating cardio and strength training. The moves alternate between kickboxing-inspired cardio segments and strength segments using light weights. Modifications are offered for all fitness levels.
A mix of standing and mat exercises focusing on all aspects of the core to increase strength, balance, and stability. The class incorporates yoga blocks, pilates rings, bands, and body-weight moves.
Interval Core Training
Exercise intervals between cardio moves and core training designed to work every aspect of the core to improve strength, balance, posture, and stability. Using body-weight exercises, medicine balls, and light dumbells, there are options for all fitness levels.
Low Impact Cardio
Low impact cardio exercises suitable for all levels of fitness.
Pilates concentrates on strengthening the body for better range of motion, improving posture and body alignment, and increasing overall strength. This class may use equipment or body-weight only exercises.

Traditional Vinyasa Yoga Flow where breath and movement are synchronized. This open-level class will include Pranayamas (breathing exercises), Sun Salutations, Balancing Asanas (poses), Twists, Hip-Openers, Backbends, and end with a Savasana where your body and mind will melt into the mat.
